After having tried several heating/cooling companies for the replacement and maintenance of furnaces and A/C at our apartment complex, I have found and remain true to Aspen. I appreciate their quick response to urgent repairs and have found Bill to be especially knowledgeable and friendly and explains what has happened, why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He also gives a couple options when addressing costly repairs.
BILL DID A GREAT JOB FOR US AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH TO WORK ON OUR MINI-SPLIT SYSTEM SO HE LEFT IT AND WAS GOING TO HAVE THE OFFICE SCHEDULE ANOTHER SERVICE TECH FOR OUR COMFORT AIR SYSTEM . THE OFFICE HAS NOT YET SCHEDULED THE SERVICE, HOWEVER.
Aspen was able to arrive in a short amount of time and finished the job quickly.
Everyone I dealt with throughout the process, was professional, friendly and seemed to know what they were doing and saying. I also appreciate the flexibility of the scheduling. They worked around my schedule.
I called about a heating problem. Aspen was the only company to be able to send out a tech with in 24 hours. As it turned out, I had a switch that needed to be turned on. Very courteous service.
